Medicare (RAMQ) covers children nine and under for examinations, x-rays, fillings and extractions only.<\/p>\n<p>Insurance forms will be completed at the time of treatment and sent electronically to your insurance carrier if permitted by them. Within seconds, the amount covered by your plan will be made available.
